How will you value-add
As the Brand and Communications Consultant within Human Capital, your role will be to assist in the development and implementation of innovative and effective tactics/initiatives to support PwC's efforts in both internal and external communications in a competitive marketplace in Singapore.
The primary purpose of this role is to create meaningful and impactful content for both internal and external marketing collateral and initiatives, contributing to PwC's Employee Value Proposition and share of voice in the market place via mainstream, trade and social media channels. Together we can build trust in society and solve important problems.

  • Support Employer branding and comms senior consultant in the preparation of employer branding campaign materials including conceptualise and create custom, relevant, and compelling content (video, stills etc.) for PwC’s social media channels, career site, internal newsletter and other platforms from start to end, managing all tasks and roles in between

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in idea generation and content creation by researching on the market’s newest trends and aligning it with our firm’s direction

  • Support internal and external events in terms of logistics, administrative tasks and people liaison.

  • Plan and manage internal Human Resources comms editorial and campaign calendar, including coordinating with various internal stakeholders from different business units

  • Helping the employer branding and comms senior consultant and internal stakeholders to review internal and external marketing /comms materials to ensure alignment with brand standards, and record keeping

  • Content creation and copywriter of publicity materials for people campaigns from CR, D&I, Wellbeing, Learning and Development, Annual people survey.

  • Manage and create content for PwC Singapore Linkedin Career page

About you

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Good interpersonal skills, to develop good working relationships with stakeholders

  • Adaptable and agile to manage stakeholder requirements

  • Good project management and coordination skills, including diary management

  • Good time management and organisation skills

  • Deliver high quality work, in a conscientious and professional manner

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

  • Strong sense of responsibility, accountability and initiative

  • Teamwork

  • Proficient use of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and familiar with Google suite

  • Preferably with work experience from a large organisation/corporate

  • Preferably with interest in wellbeing, inclusion and diversity, corporate responsibility and culture and values
