What can you expect

  • Darwin is a market leading and specialized global benefits platform that requires specific training and accreditation for consultants to be proficient in delivering programs and projects.

  • The Solutions Delivery team are responsible for implementing Darwin to our clients as well as managing any changes to the client's requirements whilst using the Darwin platform and services. The SD team plays a critical role in helping our clients realize value from their investment in our technology. Implementing Darwin's solutions is very specific to our organization and platform.

  • Implementing Darwin solutions is very specific to our organisation and platform. All levels of consultants are required to go through a structured on-boarding and training induction which includes a mentoring system with experienced team members in our Singapore office and is initially spread over a six month period. This is enhanced with practical experiences working alongside experienced resources to ensure the Darwin specific methodology and ways of working are learnt.

  • Depending on the seniority, the Consultant is required to possess both technology understanding as well as business skills in consulting, organisation and programme and project management. As the Consultant gains experience, the of client work and complexity increases.

  • The Consultant is responsible for executing the end-to-end implementation and system enhancement programmes for our clients. The clients we work with are large, global blue chips and household names with thousands of employees worldwide. Darwin is used to manage benefit choices for their employees and to facilitate the administration of these programmes. Our Consultants will need to work closely with both the client and internal stakeholders within Darwin to successfully roll out the program for our clients.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage the delivery of any new client implementation programs/projects, annual renewals and change requests using a pre-defined methodology as a guide. Provide post launch support to client services team.

  • Establish project plans, manage timelines, track and report progress.

  • Accountability for delivery according to project budget, time and quality standards.

  • Conduct fact find and requirements gathering sessions with clients and consolidate all information gathered in pre-defined approach.

  • Build and establish strong rapport with client through proactive engagement and ability to provide creative solution for client.

  • Perform system configuration, plan and execute User Acceptance Testing ensure proper documentation are in placed.

  • Investigate issues.

  • Serve as people leader and point of escalation of client.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in technology project management

  • Strong demonstrable project management and organisation skills, ideally within a recognised methodology

  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills ability to create and maintain long lasting client relationships

  • Strong attention to details & possess organisational skills

  • Proficient in Excel (data analysis & manipulation)

  • A proactive approach and the ability to take initiative, make decisions and deliver results

  • A flexible communicator, facilitator, influencer and problem solver

  • Experience of product configuration or IT systems development

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise time effectively

  • Able to work calmly in a pressured environment
