Motionsauce is a strategic video agency based in Singapore that helps market-leading companies like Prudential, Oracle, develop persuasive videos that win more customers.

We're a young, agile team looking for a lively, creative professional who's able to read-between-the-lines when it comes to speech and rhetoric to deliver a coherent storyline for our clients.

It's a front-facing role where you'll get to liaise and deal directly with the client to re-structure and help to articulate their business in a storyline fit for mediums like explainer videos, corporate intros and more.

We're looking for someone that's able to work efficiently with multiple deadlines, juggle exciting projects and that brings positivity to the workplace and the people they meet. They should thrive on details and organization while using their interpersonal skills to empathise with client needs and communicate clearly with team members to collaborate, being the bridge between the client and our fulfilment team.

Here's an idea at what you'll be getting your hands busy on:

  • Conceptualizing storylines and narratives for video storyboards and misc collateral as required
  • Distilling key messages from complex concepts that our clients have to communicate to the public or their customers
  • Liaise directly with client liaisons with our Client Accounts Team & Producer from different industries to ensure project flows as it should
  • Pen and prepare concept proposals for prospective clients with your rich ideas
  • Create storyboards of video narratives to ensure they flow effectively and fulfill objectives
  • Work with our Animators and Videographers to realise cinematic visual stories as per your vision
  • Proof-read deliverables to ensure it's free of errors
  • Conducting industry research to unearth useful information and colloquial ways to position marketing for clients



If you've got the right attitude, all that leaves are your skillsets. We're looking for someone that can fit snugly into our team so that we can push the boundaries and create better stuff each time:

  • Preferably media background with good writing ability/command of the English language
  • Preferably experience in screen-writing or familiar with video/motion mediums
  • Skilled with both Mac and PC platforms (or able to pick up quickly)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Pleasant and professional phone and e-mail etiquette.
  • Able to solve problems logically and articulate concepts
  • Ability to seek out answers with minor assistance and work independently if required
  • Confident in speaking to more senior clients
  • Strong team player

  • Versatile skillset in media and design-savvy
  • Interest in the art of video, marketing, and persuasion
