Job Description

The Life and Health Operations department plays a pivotal role in ensuring we provide our customers with affordable and comprehensive life and health products, with efficient processes to allow optimal service to our customers.As part of the Life and Health Operations department, you will be under the Premium Management and System team and your key responsibilities will cover the following areas:
Health Insurance Operation Processing
  • Check and resolve cases created due to system limitations and bugs
  • Ensure accuracy of policy transactions and resolve them accordingly
  • Handling of CCPS system listings as well as the synchronisation of IncomeShield policy records between Income and the CCPS system
  • Reconciliation of manual cases with Finance Department
  • Work with external parties such as Medical Institutions and regulatory bodies in resolving policy issues
  • To possess Diploma and above qualification
  • Experience in health insurance operations is preferred
  • Able to multi-task effectively and assist in any other tasks assigned from time to time
  • Positive working attitude and good interpersonal skills
  • Good team player
  • Able to work under tight timelines and pressure
