Job Description

Our client is global commercial real estate services company, founded in the United Kingdom with offices in 80 countries.

Responsibilities:

You will be supporting the Project Manager in the admin tasks for a project management team of 5 in construction / building related industry including but not limited to:
1) Document management including electronically filing documentation and routing paperwork for signatures (electronically via emails)
2) Provide administrative support on minute taking, coordination between client, consultants and contractors
3) Being a bridge between project managers and vendors for handling quotations, material delivery and its invoices
4) Maintain fee forecast schedules to the finance team

Requirements:
Diploma/Professional/Nitec qualification in Business Administration or related.
1-3 years relevant experience in administrative function, ideally supporting Construction industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good attitude, team player, flexible and willing to help as and when required.
5 days work week, 8.30am to 6pm.
Comfortable to work in an offshore working environment (Transport provided from Labrador MRT to Pulau Bukom).
