Role purpose
  • This is an internship position for a communications undergraduate to hone skills in writing and designing for different media, research and organizing, executing programs, building interpersonal relationships for collaboration and teamwork

  • Research and writing for newsletters, comms campaigns & programs
  • Designing multi-media collateral including for social media
  • Organizing meetings e.g. focus groups, brainstorming
  • Executing and implementing programs, e.g. Great Place to Work celebrations communications
  • This role contributes to a small and creative team of communicators and has impact on local and regional communications
  • Intern will be empowered and work in an extremely collaborative environment within Comms and across the company

Knowledge, Experience & Capabilities
  • Commitment of 6-month full time internship from Jan 2022 to Jun/Jul 2022
  • Candidates who able to start earlier or plan to do part-time internship are also welcomed
  • Undergraduate with background in Communications studies or Social Sciences
  • Preferably someone with previous working experience creative individuals
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Multi-media design skills, posters, video, social media
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft (PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
  • Background in Adobe software
  • Independent learner
