This role provides you with a unique opportunity to oversee ground-up initiatives and develop collaborative partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Candidates should be comfortable to meet and work with external parties to explore opportunities, while also working closely with care service teams to ensure that projects remain relevant, beneficial and feasible to our seniors and ground staff.

Maintaining a balance between big picture thinking and being detail oriented, you will be instrumental in working with different departments to drive many initiatives. The role also demands a significant ability to scan the horizon and align efforts with the company's vision and priorities. Candidates should be flexible and nimble to respond to dynamic situations.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving meaningful collaborations, managing internal resources, coordination of initiatives to achieve desired goals, success measurement and management reporting.
  • Fostering relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including corporate, philanthropic and community partners, as well as government agencies.
  • Develop and implement a strategy for partner management, appreciation, retention and growth.
  • Strategise, implement and drive outreach and public education plans and objectives.
  • Develop and implement a strategy for volunteer recruitment, engagement, training, retention and growth.
  • Manage programmes, events administration, including grants and funds

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Able to multi-task and work well with a diverse care service team, corporates, volunteers and donors.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with maturity to comprehend the needs and concerns of various stakeholders, including families of clients.
  • Organised, takes initiative and maintains a high quality of work.
  • Critical thinker with a clear line of thought and sound decision-making.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
