Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage portfolio of multiple corporate secretarial clients
  • Prepare corporate secretarial documents such as change of directors, secretary, auditors and registered office, open of bank accounts, acceptance of bank facilities, change of bank signatories, AGM, change of name, increase of capital, allotment of shares; draft and prepare resolutions etc.
  • Update and maintain statutory registers, minutes books and other records including Register of Controllers and Register of Nominee Directors
  • Incorporate private limited companies
  • Registration of Singapore Branch and continuing obligations of a Singapore Branch
  • Respond to requests from client and auditors for information and documents
  • Attend to notarisation and legalisation of documents
  • Prepare and release announcements/disclosures to Singapore Exchange
  • Manage application process for Employment, Dependant, Long Term Social Visit Passes,
  • Assist in KYC (Know your Client) check and on-boarding of new clients

Requirements:

  • Graduate from ICSA or degree in Business Administration with strong interest and enthusiasm for corporate secretarial work
  • Organized and meticulous with good verbal/written communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated and proactive; able to work independently and meticulously under tight timelines
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Working knowledge of relevant provisions of the Singapore Companies Act, familiar with Listing Rules, Code of Corporate Governance, ACRA Bizfile and e-stamping
  • Strong MS Office skills (especially Word) and good knowledge of Viewpoint
