  • Weekly portal upload on courses and liaise with Skillsfuture SG.
  • Weekly maintenance and update of course information on trainers, course/class details and organising Community Centres/Clubs (CCs).
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (CCs, trainers and course participants) for course related matters.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (CCs, trainers and course participants) for course related matters (senior centric).
  • Handle any procurement required to run events/ projects, adhering to the procurement procedures, and ensure all payments are made to vendors.
  • Collation of data on course programmes and ensure timely submission of reports.

  • Support the team to develop, promote and implement existing and new courses under the mentioned course programmes at the CCs/Residents’ Network (RNs).
  • Coordinate with partners such as Malay Muslim organisation and/or child-friendly corporate organisations so as to expand and support outreach to residents.
  • Run briefings, workshops and events for Constituency Office CO) colleagues, trainers and Grassroots Leaders (GRLs) to ensure successful programme implementation and promotion of new courses.
Requirements:-
  • The personnel must be bilingual and conversant in English and Mother Tongue (proficiency in Mandarin or Malay would be an advantage).
  • The personnel should have good knowledge of MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • The personnel may also be required to work during weekends and weekday nights as and when required due to exigencies of service.
  • The personnel should have at least 2 relevant working experiences in engaging seniors, Professionals, Managers, Executives (PMEs), minority residents or young parents particularly in the area of customer service, community relations and event management.
  • The personnel should preferably have at least degree qualification and proficient in both written and spoken English language.
