Job Responsibilities
  • Monitor and follow up on customers’ AR.
  • Attend Customer meeting to resolve issues
  • Review Deposit Waiver Requests
  • Process Credit/Debit Transfers/NRC
  • Handle customers enquiries

The Ideal Candidate should possess the following:
  • Diploma in Finance / Accounting / Business or related studies.
  • 1 years of working experience
  • Good PC skills especially in Excel formulas and PowerPoint.
  • System knowledge in SAP and other collection system preferred
  • Basic accounting knowledge is essential
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and customer service oriented.
  • Good analytical, problem solving,
  • Good team player and be able to work independently.
