Position Overview
Would you like to play a critical role in driving culture, diversity and belonging at Autodesk We are seeking an exceptional Diversity and Belonging ('D&B') Program Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to build innovative and compelling programs to ensure our culture and D&B strategy and programming can be maximized for global scale and impact, with particular emphasis on APAC region. This role contributes to Autodesk's success by acting as an activator of our programs by using a data driven approach to inform our approach and scale our initiatives. You will work closely with Autodesk leaders and peers in the People organization to build out programs across geographies and business units. You must balance analytical rigor with an agile mindset to build data-driven solutions, collect feedback, iterate quickly, and measure results. You will leverage your passion to positively influence others, educate where needed, and collaborate effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders. Our team is looking for applicants who can demonstrate a history of leading impactful large-scale programs in a collaborative manner.

  • Identify and execute global programs to raise awareness on key opportunities as part of our team's signature programming drive key stakeholder management and complex change management to drive change and build inclusive work practices

  • Support Employee Resources Group ('ERG') programming with the broader Autodesk community to support efforts to foster a culture of belonging and drive Diversity & Belonging strategic activities

  • Actively work with teams and leaders to pilot and develop new programs in alignment with our goals and objectives These might include mentorship programming, cultural awareness programs and enterprise micro-learnings

  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to understand culture, diversity and belonging program impact within APAC region and localize initiatives to maximize impact


  • Effectively partner with communications team to manage change to build employee support for and adoption of our diversity and belonging practices, including creating and implementing communications plans as well as driving website updates and our annual report

  • Create and deliver communications and presentations describing our programs, progress and strategies


  • Take a data-driven approach to implement and scale programs

  • Apply a thorough understanding of diversity levers such as attraction, growth and retention to enable metrics driven progress while creating and maintaining a diversity dashboard for leadership

  • Assist in the gathering of data, building reports and presenting data and analytics to key stakeholders

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, up to and including Senior Vice Presidents

  • Work closely across colleagues in the People organization to develop, design and scale programming across geographies

Minimum Qualifications

  • You have 10+ years experience as a program manager or similar role where you were directly working with and supporting leaders and their teams with measured and demonstrated results preference for individuals who have experience working directly with Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging efforts in house

  • Program and project management expertise, including the creation of project plans and milestone tracking

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects autonomously

  • Strong analytical skills data and situational analysis ability to manage and interpret data across platforms to identify gaps and build targeted solutions

  • Experience building and maintaining relationships across a global organization with multiple offices and hubs

  • Ability to motivate and influence senior leadership, key stakeholders, and employee networks. You are an excellent connector who collaborates, problem solves, and helps celebrate wins while learning from mistakes and always keeping the team in mind

  • Engaging presenter able to articulate ideas, concepts and learning in a compelling and inspirational way. Experience presenting as speaker and facilitator to teams and large audiences

  • Strong self awareness coachable has a growth mindset and highly adaptable to changing circumstances

  • Ability to turn complex ideas and challenges into simple pragmatic solutions

  • You provide accountability and transparency for progress of programs. Identify and call out risks

  • You are highly organized, detail focused, results-driven and have the ability ot handle stress and last-minute, urgent requests

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience, advanced degree in related focus area a plus

  • You can work independently, but you are eager to collaborate and support others. You have the ability to calmly solve unforeseen situation when they arise and are a fast-learner who can quickly adapt to new tools and technologies as well as changing environments and priorities
