Job Description

Work hours:
Weekday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Weekend: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
$80 / day
  • Perform front desk duties including student’s registration and handling inquiries
  • Provide customer support on SMS, phone calls, walk-ins
  • Track work tasks on google drive and Trello
  • Manage the center’s order and cleanliness
  • Work collaboratively with coaches to ensure seamless information flow and accuracy of students’ progress to inform parents
  • Other ad hoc admin duties as required
  • Knows how to use Google Drive
  • Min A Levels or Diploma in any field
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Having at least 1-year of experience in customer service OR working with teens
  • Minimum commitment of 6 months
Training will be provided and we will work as a TEAM. Free flow of pantry food and no OT!
