A Day in the Life
Your role will be to support the Medical Education Manager in all day-to-day tasks, very much focused on organization, administration, and system management (CVent, ARIBA, ECats…). This includes communicating and coordinating with the countries on workshops, programs and services that are aligned with Neurovascular strategies. This includes, but is not limited to, Master Classes, and Clinical Immersion Programs.
You will work together with Prague Operations team on workshop logistics and to communicate MedEd activities to Salesforce and assist with workshop related questions. You are expected to provide tools to follow-up on MedEd return on investment matrix and continually evaluate and measure the effectiveness of all training and education programs. You will ensure all training programs meet with and abide by all Corporate Compliance Guidelines.
Essential functions:
. Contract renewal & new contract set-up (incl. closure)
. Compliance checks on all initiatives
. Communication with Sales
. Support outside of WE team
. Support Medical Education Manager with workshop/one-off event set-up
. Project related work with Medical Education Manager
. Digitalization and follow-up of workshop administration
. Survey analysis and distribution
. Administrative tasks incl. PO creation/Vendor set-up/etc.
. Organization of calls/note taking/action item follow-up
. Organization of Team meetings
Working Conditions:
. Working in a well-organized team with mutual respect
. Home based work is possible with limited presence in MDT office
. Requires air travel upon request
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
. Bachelor's degree in Education/Administration/Marketing or related field required.
. Proven understanding of the medical device arena and healthcare system requirements.
. 5 years of relevant experience of which 2 years in the medical device industry.
. Strong oral and written communication skills in English any other language a plus
. Strong team player/collaborator
. Ability to maintain composure under pressure
Nice to Have
. Experience in the medical device industry is preferable
. Expertise with Medtronic systems is a plus
. Computer skills: Windows, Word, Project Planning, PowerPoint, Excel
. Project management skills
. Excellent interpersonal skills to relate well with various business contacts
. Ability to set priorities.
. Good organizational skills.
. Ability to handle and communicate complex information in a clear, concise manner to others.
