Job Description

An excellent opportunity for a Customer Experience (CX) Designer to drive changes within a financial services organisation, moulding it to be more customer-centric founded on strong design thinking processes.

Mandatory Skill-set

  • Degree/Diploma in Industrial Design or related field;
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the area of user research and customer experience;
  • Well versed with Design Thinking tools and customer journey mapping techniques;
  • Ability to plan and conduct design research in collaboration with customers/internal stakeholders along with influencing others;
  • Should have the ability to innovate, visualize and create excellent customer experience through the design;
  • Strong interaction design skills: wireframing, prototyping using one or more visual design tools and software like Adobe creative suite, Rhino or related design softwares/prototyping tools;
  • Prior experience of Consumer facing organisation;Excellent documentation and communication skills with Stakeholder Management.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and strategize a plan to build design thinking capability for the organisation;
  • Involve in the design and development of the ideas to make the organisation more customer centric;
  • Understand and incorporate business needs into overall design aspects;
  • Redesign and execute customer journey projects;
  • Visualize, create, design and conceptualize the internal user experience;
  • Relate requirements into concepts in the form of storyboards, user flows, scenarios and wireframes;
  • Facilitate workshops to build the design thinking awareness across all levels.
