Job Description

Job scope:

  • Provide the best customer in-store experience
  • Managing walk-in menu and display daily, creating EXCITEMENT in our product launches and cakes for our clients
  • Managing all client collections and deliveries of cakes
  • Sending out reminder emails to clients
  • Prepare and upkeep a clean and welcoming environment that aligns with the brand
  • Provide a seamless experience for all clients by ensuring all requirements (candles, colours, cake design, message piping) are all accurately prepared and ready for clients.
  • Manage deliveries and arrangement of delivery schedules, including assisting of delivery man should any incidents occur
  • Work closely with Customer Care Executive and Manager to handle client enquiries via various channels efficiently: Email, Phone call, Walk-ins, Appointments
  • Work closely with Customer Care Executive and Kitchen for quoting of and conceptualising of cake designs for clients
  • Work closely with Customer Care Executive to listen to and rectify customer feedback and complaints
  • Procurement of flowers, icing prints, and any other items required cross departments
  • Work with the Store Manager to drive store sales performance
  • Other duties when necessary
