Job Description

  • versee the Public Relations portfolio using all forms of media and communications to build, maintain and manage the restaurant business.
  • Ensure overall public relation matters are carried out effectively.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders including social influencers, suppliers and corporate partners.
  • Activate action plans & planning activities: Sales & aftersales (maximizing service/customer touchpoints) to expand customer base by upselling.
  • Identify opportunities accross customer lifecycle to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • Manage customer s feedback and ensure all all feedback are promptly attended to.
  • Managing a team on service staffs on handling customers, mystery audit, etc.
  • Provide knowledgeable assistance to solve customer enquiries.
  • Support all functions of events including online digital, promotion and roadshows if any.
  • At least 2-4 years of related working experiences in a superevisory roles.
  • Possess marketing management and strategic planning experience with ability to develop and rollout end-to-end marketing plans.
  • Able to analyse and present plan and ideas in a convincing and impactful manner, ultimately influencing a positive outcome.
  • Recognize and be responsive to the needs of all internal and external customers of the company.
  • Team player with good negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Self discipline and self motivated with dynamic personality to always strive for better results.
  • May require to work during weekends and public holidays.
