Job Details
You will be the voice of the organization in providing high service standards to our customers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver services to our customers professionally according to Polyclinics service standards
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls
  • Handle general enquiries
  • Assist with patients request to arrange or change appointment
  • Support service operations
  • Handle any other hotline administrative functions

Job Requirements
  • Diploma / NITEC or equivalent
  • Preferably with 1 to 2 years of working experience in healthcare industry, call centre environment and/or service related industry
  • Pleasant and cheerful personality with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to face-paced working environment
  • Computer literate and good typing skills
  • Willing to work on 5.5 days
  • Comfortable to be deployed to the various sites under the healthcare cluster (West region)
