My client is a rapidly-expanding MNC in the Healthcare space. They are building up a new Customer Service Team in Singapore to cover their sales support operations across the APAC Region.

Customer Service cum Order Management Executive (6-months renewable/convertible contract)
- Interact with clients from overseas by supporting order and quote entries providing excellent CS
- Process incoming order via e-mail & phone calls into their data-base
- Manage clients complaints by providing proactive solutions in a timely manner
- Understand the company's products to provide general information about them to your clients
- Identify and express process improvement opportunities with Management
- At least 4 years of Customer Service/Order Management experience using SAP
- Fluent level proficiency in: Cantonese, Korean, Mandarin and Malay, Thai or Vietnamese is a must in order to liaise with different clients from overseas
- Experienced working with a recognized multinational organization (from the Healthcare industry highly preferred)
