This position reports to the Email Team Lead/HOD and interfaces with frontline departments as well backroom operations to provide a one stop solution to the customers.
The trainee will gain exposure on the management of emails and feedback received through various mailboxes, use problem-solving skills to understand customer problems in order to resolve customer service-related inquiries.
The trainee should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the traineeship having gained broad experience in various aspects of customer service.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day to day email communication with customers and distributors
  • Provide quality customer service through reviewing, assessing and providing the response in a timely manner
  • Work with different business units to provide a one stop solution to the customers
  • Resolve feedback or issues raised by customers or sales representatives
  • Work on initiatives to streamline or enhance processes
  • Work with team lead to improve the turnaround time

Requirements:

Education Qualification Required:
  • University Degree and above

Duration of Traineeship Offered:
  • 6 months

Eligibility Criteria for SGUnited Traineeships:
  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident and
  • Graduated in calendar years 2019 to 2021 from ITE, Polytechnics, Universities, or other educational institutions (e.g., private universities and overseas institutions) or
  • Graduated from the mentioned institutions and completed National Service between 2019 to 2021
