Job Description

Main Responsibilities
. Responsible in providing excellent customer service to all clients
. Technical support and access administration
. Assist clients on funding and transfers
. Trading Platform and Product assistance and queries
. Client Reporting
. Client data maintenance
. Account updates and amendments
. Responsible for handling and distributing incoming support and incident questions.

Requirements

. Customer service experience within Financial Services industry is a must
. Fluent English both written and spoken, any other Language ability (eg: Japanese)
. Has a passion for providing excellent Customer Service
. Able to multi task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment
. Ability to follow clear guidelines and to ensure adherence to all compliance policies and procedures
. Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment
. Have strong organizational skills and great attention to detail
. Team player with good communication skills
. Able to work on scheduled public holidays and scheduled shift hours
. Some knowledge of various Capital Markets products is an advantage
