About the Job
In this position as an Customer Service Executive, you will be reporting to a Manager and work alongside with a team of 10 others. In this position, you will be expected to attend to inbound calls/emails/social media/chatbot on policy enquiries/requests from customers and distribution intermediaries on products such as Term Life, Critical Life and Endowment plans.
The ideal incumbent will also be involved in processing policy transaction requests within authority limits and work closely with the Claims Services team.
  • Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm (5 day work week, no shift required)
  • Location: CBD

skills and experience required
  • 2+ years of Customer Service/Call Centre/contact centre related experience in Insurance sector
  • Experienced in handling Life Insurance product is highly preferred
  • Strong follow up skills and highly independent individual
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Experience is using Salesforce CRM System is a plus
