As a Client Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing quality service to clients across the region. Your role will include:
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Ensuring customer feedback is communicated to the relevant teams.
- You have 2-5 years experience working in service support or a customer service role
- You enjoy dealing with people and providing a good customer experience.
- You have excellent attention to detail and are a good team player.
- You have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are fluent in Mandarin to liaise with mandarin-speaking external counterparts on a day-to-day basis.
