The Employer
Our client is a well established IT Services firm offering services and solutions in infrastructure management, enterprise testing, application development & support and IT process automation. To ensure quality service to their strong client base across South East Asia, they are looking to hire a Customer Service Executive to join their team in Singapore.
The Job
As a Client Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing quality service to clients across the region. Your role will include:
  • Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
  • Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Ensuring customer feedback is communicated to the relevant teams.

The Profile
  • You have 2-5 years experience working in service support or a customer service role
  • You enjoy dealing with people and providing a good customer experience.
  • You have excellent attention to detail and are a good team player.
  • You have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are fluent in Mandarin to liaise with mandarin-speaking external counterparts on a day-to-day basis.
