Along with your managers, you will be responsible for ensuring that our branches remain an efficient one-stop service centre for our customers. Being in the frontline, you role is pivotal in upholding our value for customer centricity. You will provide our customers with pleasant experiences by offering them warm invitations into our branch offices, patiently attending to them and exceeding their expectations. By truly understanding our customers, you will also be able to cross-sell suitable products that are beneficial to them. You will be required to:

  • Provide attentive service to customers and be able to resolve their queries

  • Offer clear and relevant advice to customers and insurance agents who require your expertise

  • Guide customers on the proper procedures of policy transactions, ensuring complex technical aspects are made simple to understand

  • Provide policy recommendations and refer customers/ fix appointmentto client advisersfor more comprehensive explanations

To join us as a Customer Service Executive (Branch Services), you should:

  • Have obtained a diploma or degree in any field. Relevant insurance qualifications, like CGI, HI, and/or CMFAS M5/9, will be a plus

  • Have at least 1 year of customer service experience. Insurance industry experience will be advantageous

  • Be patient and have the ability to remain composed in the face of challenges

  • Enjoy helping customers, and feel a sense of accomplishment when customers walk away happy

  • Be confident in handling monetary transactions with a high degree of care and accuracy

  • Be able to work on shift as well as weekends
