Job Description

Job Responsibilities

. Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties

. Greet customers and answer all customers enquiries

. Perform for scheduling appointment calendar and sending reminders appointments to customer

. Generating and compiling of daily sales reports

. Perform outlet stock-take and other ad-hoc duties

. Perform cashiering duties such as payment collections.

Requirements

. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

. Good interpersonal and communication skills

. Passion for customer service

. Excellent telephone etiquette

. Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with mandarin speaking associates

. Preferably with experience. No Experience are welcome as training will be provided.

. Must to able to commit to retail hours and weekends.
