Job Details
  • 1 Year Contract (Convertible and Renewable)
  • Up to $2100 + Shift Allowances + AWS + 1 Month Variable Bonus
  • Call Center Located at Central
  • Willing to perform rotating shift (Morning, Afternoon and Night)
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and technical support
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 O levels passes with credit in English
  • Customer services and call center experiences highly preferred
  • Good communication etiquette
  • Must be mature and able to to adapt easily to a call centre environment
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritize work, multi-task and attention to details
  • Comfortable with shift work arrangement (Morning: 7:30am - 3:15pm, Afternoon: 3:15pm - 10:45pm, Night: 10:45pm - 7:30am)
