Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Be attentive towards customer enquiries or request
  • Ensure waiting time is not more than 30 mins for customers waiting in queue
  • Basic product knowledge support
  • Basic Product troubleshooting
  • Guide customers on data transferring
  • Attend to collection customers and provide basic QC check to ensure repaired device is in working condition
  • Ensure all forms are duly filled & signed by customers before booking device for repair
  • Call/sms customer to provide quotation for out of warranty devices and update system
  • Keep service counter & reception are neat and tidy daily

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Must be able to adapt in a fast paced environment.
