Job Description

Candidate is responsible for assembling data, analysing processes and systems, identifying gaps and improvement areas and proposing quality improvements. The Officer is also responsible for handling complex service recovery and assisting in developing plans to improve logistics service quality. Systematic and analytical, the individual is required to identify areas for service quality improvement and perform service quality analysis. The Officer is also expected to coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement better service quality.
