Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides communication in the forms of inbound calls and emails
  • .) the correspondence (calls/ email) is expected to be on escalation stage
  • (B2B - 2C) We provide service in freight, shipping, warehousing, sorting, delivery, returns to a wide variety of clients (include: eCommerce companies like Taobao, Lazada, Shopee, Singapore SMEs). Officers are expected to assist clients when inquiring about project/product status, services, perceived lapses, and complaints.
  • (B2C) We provide delivery service to customers or recipients of the goods/mail/parcels. Officers are expected to handle the queries/complaints about the status, manner, state of the deliveries.

Job Requirement:

  • Have past experience in customer service preferably with high volume and good track record of client/ customer handling.
  • Able to work individually and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

  • Working Hours: Monday - Thursday (8.30AM - 6PM) Friday (8.30AM - 5.30PM)
  • o Inclusive of 1-hour lunch break (subjected to changes and staggered hours)
  • Salary will be disclosed upon selection of candidate.
  • Entitlement: Annual Leaves, Medical Leaves and Medical Coverage
  • Remuneration package: Completion and Performance Bonus
  • Location: Paya Lebar MRT
