The Opportunity

The Job
  • Collaboratively drive change management and adoption activities with Key Business Decision Makers (C-level)
  • Reduce competitive risk and drive usage of innovative technologies, identifying opportunities in the assigned accounts.
  • Help to educate internal stakeholders, partners and customers on the product and function post sale
  • Engage directly or in partnership with technical resources either internally or externally (vendor or supplier), depending on customer requirements to ensure optimised device configuration and deployment
  • Drive seamless end-user rollout of the devices through the creation and execution of a thorough and action- oriented rollout plan
  • Build and maintain rapid channel of communication to customer in preparation of urgent escalations
  • Be the single point of escalation for managed customers in their post purchase experience (e.g. handling and solving technical issues/problems, device warranty claims etc.)
The Talent
  • Diploma in Business/Marketing/Admin/Supply Chain
  • Minimum 2 years of related work experience
  • Familiar with SAP system is an added advantage
  • Excel skills proficiency (Vlookup/Pivot table
