The Opportunity

The Job
  • Collaboratively drive change management and adoption activities with Key Business Decision Makers (C-level)
  • Reduce competitive risk and drive usage of innovative technologies, identifying opportunities in the assigned accounts.
  • Helping to educate internal stakeholders, partners and customers on the product and function post sale
  • Engage directly or in partnership with technical resources either internally or externally (Vendor or Supplier), depending on customer requirements to ensure optimised device configuration and deployment
  • Drive seamless end-user rollout of the devices through the creation and execution of a thorough and action-oriented rollout plan
  • Build and maintain rapid channel of communication to customer in preparation of urgent escalations
  • Be the single point of escalation for managed customers in their post purchase experience (e.g. handling and solving technical issues/problems, device warranty claims etc.)

The Talent
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science (or IT related field)
  • Demonstrated sales and partner management experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT consulting, management or support with top consulting firms or business applications vendors
  • Experience in both consulting and post-sales is highly advantageous
  • Comfortable with travelling overseas for work
