My client is a renowned software and cloud business and as a part of their expansion plans are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager / Account Manager to come take on a Regional Customer Success role in their Singapore.
Keeping customer satisfaction and revenue retention at the forefront of your thought process, you will come up targeted strategies for accounts for effective renewals ensuring business continuity with existing accounts and proper on boarding and support for new accounts. Positioning yourself as a strong partner, you will ensure that the customer gets the optimum usage of the full suite of products through effective onboarding, training, troubleshooting and continued support making it a viable investment for the customer.
You have a Degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing with at least 5 years of account management in a SaaS or a software or a cloud company. Preference for candidates who were in a prior quota-based role having moved into a customer success role. Great growth opportunities await the right candidate!
