Job Description


  • Respond and support our partners and clients enquiries regarding their transactions in a timely manner
  • Manage and resolve any other ad-hoc queries that may arise
  • Identify and escalate issues to Manager when required
  • Provide product and service information to clients
  • Route relevant queries to the respective team
  • Follow up with partners and clients where necessary
  • Provide operational admin support
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level
  • Good PR skills
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin would be advantageous for liaising with Mainland/HK counterparts
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel applications
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good attitude and responsibilities to jobs and assignments
  • Good team player who is able to work under pressure in a fast-pace environment
  • Knowledge and experiences in cross border payments industry would be advantageous
