The Role:
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for handling in-bound calls, facsimiles and email requests for general enquiries within the hospital targeted service standard levels.
  • Diploma in any discipline / GCE O Levels
  • Experience working in Call Centre / Customer Service / or those from Consumer Sales seeking for a Non-sales role
  • Able to provide quality customer service to patients over the phone
  • Good communication skills
