Job Description

1) Manage projects/programsw.r.t. resourcing, timeline & cost from initiation to deploymentphase. These projects could run with any IT implementation vendors necessarily only TCS. Also projects can be in diverse businessfunctions and technology areas other than D&A like SalesforceCRM,MDM,SP sites
2) Participate in project road-mappingin certain cases & actively participate in requirementdiscussions/workshops to chalk out project approach, schedule, costand resourcing.
3) Participate in req/data analysis,design discussions & documentation reviews with BT & ITimplementation teams. Responsible for on time and quality technicaldelivery to Business once project starts
4) Though not a primary role butdepending on technical acumen , may be assigned as BT PLO owner forsome application . Also provide adhoc Support to business team withany required iDiscover DWH/datalake information
5) Manage product backlog w.r.t Backlogprioritization & accordingly assign resource from POD afterdiscussions with downstream teams/business. Constantly juggleconflicting priorities & negotiate with different teams
6) Prepare weekly status report andprovide Project/Program status updates to mid & seniorleadership team on regular basis. Familiarity with Project may beneeded
7) Monitor build progress, remove anyimpediments ,prepare UAT & deployment plan & coordinate with stakeholders, Retrospection of UAT bugs
8) Good at verbal & writtencommunication skills considering engagement with multiplestakeholders ,able to represent the team well in multiple forumswhere you may not always have architects with you
