Production support team member: Will be responsible for maintaining and supporting software application which is used for Regulatory reporting in Asia pacific countries.
o4+ years of experience of working in oracle PL/SQL
oSound unix/linux shell scripting skills along with working knowledge of awk and sed.
oGood experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle.
oGood understanding of ITIL practices like incident and change management.
oWorking knowledge of Informatica PC 10.X.
oChinese Language proficiency is must
oKnowledge of Unix
oKnowledge of Autosys
oKnowledge of release tool like HPDMA
oKnowledge of banking domain
oWork with business users to understand their needs and work accordingly
oAnalyze, understand and map the Business needs with the actual data.
oMaintaining availability of systems during the business hours
oAutomation of existing processes.
oCoordinate with different teams/upstream to identify the data issues
oCoordinate with different teams across the location as and when needed
oDetect the production bugs and reporting the same toL3 teams.
oWork under minimal supervision and independently.
oInteract with multiple lines of businesses, support partners and application managers for day to day business routines.
