Job Description :

  • Drives the vision of optimizing the use of Workday application and other HR systems. Collaborates with COE and other key stakeholders to create and maintain Workday Roadmap with the intent to extend the value of Workday, in terms of functionality, future releases and new/additional capabilities in response to business needs.

  • Leverages business knowledge, best practices and expertise, to collaborate with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements and helping to define both short-term and long-term strategies; recommends and implements solutions.

  • Provide both strategic guidance and tactical support in the administration and support of policies, procedures with the use of workday application, in support of the NTU OHR Vision.

  • Conduct business process needs analysis and process harmonization workshops to harmonise towards common set of requirements and localize where possible.

  • Review business procedures/workflow to ensure system features are being fully utilized and identify Workday features that may improve efficiency.

  • Ensure optimal function and effectiveness of the HRIS system

Requirements:

  • Degree from a reputable university

  • 10-15 years of experience in consulting firms or technology companies

  • Demonstrate experience in influencing thought leadership and senior stakeholders

  • Team player and builder with great technical expertise as well as people skills

  • Experience in managing a team
