The Role
Assist the manager and independently manage the daily operations of the department and participate in the planning and strategic goals and objectives of the department.
Key accountabilities
1. Ensures efficient and effective delivery of service cycle in unit
2. Participates in process improvement projects
3. Ensures equipment are in operational condition
4. Maintains high quality level of customer service to patients, doctors and clinic staff
5. Ensures clinical quality and patient safety is achieved and maintained
6. Number of compliments and complaints received on clinical quality and non-clinical issues
7. Efficient allocation of resources eg. roster planning
8. Number of safety incidents/ehor
9. Any other reasonable duty that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Degree or equivalent. At least 4 years in service industry.
