Job Description

  • Provide technical and functional support to all our end users from Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, and the other departments such as Finance, Credit, etc
  • For each issue/request, understand the impact, assess the priority and look for solutions.
  • Investigate the issues/requests raised by researching for similar cases, learning the data model and checking the data and service logs.
  • Document and report provided solutions to the clients by logging all actions into the ticketing system logs.
  • Take full ownership of issues/request raised and escalate where needed to other support teams or to the Level 3 support team in Lausanne office.
  • Keep the user updated with the progress of the issue/request and follow up with Level 3 and/or with the development teams.
  • Organize meetings with the users to follow up and achieve progress on the issues they are facing.
  • Provide feedback to development on application requirements helping to prioritize fixes and liaising with end-users for acceptance after researching and diagnosing bugs.
  • Systems knowledge: Microsoft MCSA Windows10 and MCSA Windows2012, good knowledge of: Citrix Xenapp/Xendesktop, Exchange/Skype, SCCM and SQL, knowledge in Linux/Unix is an asset
  • Minimum experience: 3 years as systems administrator
