Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:


Part of the Digital Marketing & Campaigns team, the APACDigital Campaigns Specialist helps to support the APAC & Japan team’s digital marketing execution plans and provides operational support for all marketing activities.


  • Responsible for executing organic & paid search marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM and operations for marketing campaigns and activities for financial services specific target audience.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and work closely with the APAC team to formulate go-to-market B2B marketing strategies.
  • Use SEO/SEM/Email marketing automation tools such as Brightedge, SEM Rush, Adobe Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google keyword planner, Oracle Eloqua email marketing, landing page creation tools.
  • Web content management for content engagement & prospecting supporting Search strategy (SEO & SEM – Google Ads) liaising with global and international web teams
  • Help streamlined complex ideas and adapted content across digital channels for stakeholder consideration across 6 solution sales plays (retail banking, corporate banking, revenue management, modern risk finance, financial crime & compliance, insurance)
  • Work together with multi-geo web, global SEO team & agency in Singapore, US & India to roll out keyword-rich website updates & new content creation
  • Work with Brand Video team for video hosting requests on website and youtube channel and to ensure branding requirements are adhered to
  • Marketing Operations Support for JAPAC-wide activities (Logistic planning and execution), GMSS Portal Requests, PO and Program code/Budget tracking
  • Own the entire marketing operations value chain for JAPAC which involves submission of POs while adhering to Oracle processes and compliance, budgets vs spend tracking for the region, working with vendors for onboarding, and later invoicing and payments, maintaining campaign documentation for audits
  • Work with global shared services team for launching integrated campaign elements (e-mails, list requests/segmentation, landing pages and data uploads). Generate ad hoc reports for these campaigns elements from marketing insights dashboards.
  • Detailed & able to multi-task and meet urgent deadlines from high volume of requests.
  • Development of marketing integrated campaigns & assists in preparing campaign design elements for marketing activities
