Our Client is a Global FMCG Brand. Being always ahead of the innovation and digital curve, they are now hiring an outstanding Digital leader to further shape their Singapore marketing organization.
Reporting into the Managing Director, you will lead the organization to one which is even more consumer focused via transforming the business model, shaping the current digital framework. Managing a team, you would develop the relevant digital, content, social and social strategy for all the brands understand its portfolio. You would progress the organization into one which relies even more on data, develop an in-depth understanding of key consumer, shopper and customer needs and linking these to business strategy/ brand positioning to develop meaningful innovation ideas and bring to life these ideas working with a diverse multi-functional team. You will also optimize the business engagement with the relevant digital partners/ platforms and eco systems.
You should be degree qualified with at least 12 years’ digital experience with blue chip consumer facing MNCs. The ideal candidate would have a blend of marketing and digital leadership, with proven track record of turning around businesses, driving innovation and leading digital transformation. Strong project management skills and results oriented and able to champion best practice and tools across the organization.
