Reporting into the Digital Marketing team, this position seeks a data-driven & technology-savvy marketer to focus on driving business growth via demand and lead generation.
The job responsibilities includes:
1. Digital Campaign Management
  • Understand the Growth Funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue) and support the execution of relevant campaigns
  • Brief and manage the work with internal and external execution teams to build out and execute the tactics including but not limited to paid and social media, SEO, nurture campaigns and landing pages.
    • On a rotation basis, expand, monitor and optimise effectiveness of digital touchpoint and act as a touchpoint SPOC for other team members.
    • Monitoring of paid media budget on behalf of other team members
  • Set up of campaign workflow and emails in marketing automation platform
  • Run multiple A/B testing campaigns to drive traffic to website, landing pages, social media etc
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Translate data & users’ feedback into actionable insights to improve campaign results
  • Tracking of leads derived from digital channels
  • Keep pace with digital marketing landscape changes & technology eg Bombora and Demandbase for recommendation to the Martech stack

2. Marketing Automation
  • Oversight of the workflow operations between system eg AC vs SFDC and ensure smooth traffic mgmt. of the email marketing calendar to reduce conflict.
  • Discover, implement, and optimise the marketing automation platform alongside with agency partner to support business needs on project basis eg implement new features like washing machine etc

The sucessful candidate should possess:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication
  • Min 6 years of experience of managing B2B campaigns for complex IT products
  • Mastery in digital channel and tactics eg SEO, programmatic, social media, email marketing, marketing automation, digital marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tableau
  • Expert knowledge in using Adobe Campaign marketing automation & SalesForce
  • Proficient knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Account-based marketing & regional knowledge and management a plus for eg knowledge of China’s digital landscape eg Wechat, Baidu
  • Exceptional project management and communications skills are essential.
  • Data curious and critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
