The Role Responsibilities

  • Enable our marketing Campaign Leaders to successfully drive our commercialization and product usage targets across our global %26amp; institutional clientele

  • Oversee marketing campaign projects, manage agency relationships, ensure deadlines are met and critical data %26amp; insights are available to support the team%26rsquo;s marketing activities

  • Build presentations

  • Assist in the translation of Digital Marketing Campaign deliverables into trackable milestones

  • Work with business stakeholders to manage delivery scope, schedule, and mitigation of identified risk

  • Monitor project milestones through regular status reporting of delivery progress

  • Responsible for documentation and reporting e.g., management reporting, client-facing materials, project planning materials and business requirements definition etc

  • Manage the repository of artefacts

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years enabling marketing campaigns that are highly digital and data oriented

  • Experience with project management for large, cross functional projects and solid understanding of programs and mechanisms needed to scale fast-growth businesses

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business questions, analyse data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendation

  • Self-starter, able to handle multiple competing priorities and operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization

  • Ability to build relationship with the key stakeholders within IT, Finance and Business
