Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, plan and implement marketing activities to accelerate the company's online presence across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, relevant blogs).
  • Execute high performing media buys (Social Media Accounts, Google Ad, etc), and conceptualising for client's campaigns to meet the return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Develop media buying strategies to facilitate the media buying process.
  • Planning of digital marketing strategies to improve sales, traffic, and engagement.
  • Create effective marketing copy to achieve social media campaign objectives.
  • Optimise performance metrics of campaigns through analysis of campaign statistics and execution of new and innovative campaign ideas.
  • Ensure a positive user experience from advertisements to provide the best experience for consumers.
  • Ensure effectiveness of campaigns through well thought out campaign strategies and target audience planning.
  • Evaluate the performance of clients social media pages and Google ads constantly, and provide insightful actionable evaluation reports with recommendations backed by data through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Recognise and troubleshoot issues and problems encountered in media buying processes
  • Compilation of weekly and monthly reports with analysis on the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Spearhead new media buying platforms and channels.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Mass Communication or Advertising equivalent.
  • 2 - 3 Year of experience in managing Social Media and Google marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager, Google Manager, Google Analytics, Data Studio and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good in content development, curation, and writing skills.
