Job Description

Design & Production of Marketing Material

  • Conceptualise, design and develop marketing collaterals and content including visuals for marketing materials, websites and social platforms as well as other format such as video, infographics, whitepaper etc.
  • Ideate, Shoot and Edit day-to-day content in the form of photos, graphics, videos and gifs for pur social media platform


  • Drive and manage all lead generation marketing campaigns.

Website Management

  • Manage and regularly refresh website to ensure all the content published are relevant, accurate and up to date.

Implement digital and social media marketing activities

  • Analyse new market trends, business opportunities and market segments in markets.
  • Generate design concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns and communications materials.
  • Plan, develop and implement digital and social media marketing plans and strategies.
  • Track all campaigns performance and develop digital marketing performance reports with insights for learning purpose.
  • Evaluate emerging technological changes within digital marketing space for adoption.
  • Conceptualise and produce content for both organic and paid social media post to drive MatchMove lead generation efforts.

Implement communication plans

  • Assist in the development of the communication guidelines.
  • Develop communication materials.
  • Monitor external communications platforms and channels.
  • Compile data from digital marketing dashboards and prepare insights reports.

Perform public relations activities

  • Comply with social, ethical, legal and regulatory parameters and guidelines for public relations activities.
  • Develop relationship with digital media influencers.
  • Develop and implement PR strategy to help generate organic media mentions.
  • Implement public relations activities.

Implement Marketing Initiatives

  • Manage external interactions on digital platforms.
  • Plan marketing programme rollout on digital platforms.
  • Produce content for web, blogs, vlogs, e-newsletters and other digital platforms.
  • Use social media tools and techniques for a range of marketing activities.

Job Requirements

  • Marketing, Advertising/Media, Journalism or related fields.
  • Knowledge on SEM, SEO and Social Media Marketing or similar. Familiar with various social media platforms.
  • Knowledge and understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
  • Knowledge of various format of marketing materials using Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or equivalent design/video editing software.
  • Ability to perform simple copywriting and proofreading.
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically, analytically to identify and resolve problems.
