Job Description


  • Be aware at all times as to the condition of the house, particularly relating to the number of rooms available and occupied and ensure this information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Ensure that the guest registration, checkout, and mail services are handled efficiently, promptly and courteously in accordance with the hotel's policy and procedures
  • Conduct room inspection of all VIP guests, ensuring that welcome fruit platter and welcome card are placed in the room prior to guest's arrival.
  • Perform pre-payment charges daily and email to reservations after charging
  • Effectively handle all guest feedback in a tactful, diplomatic and professional manner


  • GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Tourism / Hotel Management or related fields
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience at a supervisory position in a Hotel
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in systems (preferably Opera) and Microsoft Office
  • Able to work on rotating shifts, public holidays and weekends
