LʼOréal(Luxe)is undergoing a massive upgrade in the way it manages its e-boutiques & direct toconsumerbusiness.Itʼsa unique opportunity to adapt our e-commerce site technological stack toevolving online customer expectations. In that regard, we are seeking a +5-year experiencedeCommerce Growth Managerwhodreams business KPI(s)& technology to joinourSouth Asia-Pacific, Middle East, North-Africa (SAPMENA)digitalregionalteam inSingapore.
You will be responsible forsupporting markets in achieving e-boutiques business excellenceacrossthe region,ensuring eD2CKPI targets are met &spreadSalesforce Commerce Cloudmastery (SFCC)across zone. He or shewill act as a single point of accountability for all local markets (subsidiaries), CDMO, Brand Marketing & headquarter teams.

  • Be responsible for supervising oureD2Cbusiness excellenceambitions& animating our internal e-boutique communitymainly focusingon constant business analysis,best-practice sharing, local market Salesforce up-skilling& new direct-to-consumer groupinitiativesadoption:
  • Will drive strategic solutions and frameworks tomaximizee-boutiquesefficiency and effectiveness for business growth across multipleSAPMENAmarkets.
  • Willleadregional SFCC training program activities & conduct on-demand market up-skilling.
  • Will help maintain & communicatee-boutique best-practices & craftexcellenceplaybooksto support local marketseD2C acceleration.
  • Will leadregional centralized special projects(Eg, Salesforce Einstein activation, regional SEO clean-up)across 5 priority Luxe markets.
  • Will act as a business analystto develop deep insights on business performance, core performance metrics, understand potential sales opportunities within regions/countries and design programs & promotion tactics to increase sales performance.\
  • Will collaborate on aweeklybasis with external technical & business teams ininternationalcontext (Marketing, Finance, Global CDO).
  • Will prioritize with APAC IT country e-boutique feature upgrades & ensure delivery on time, budget

  • Will craft in collaboration with regional merchandising agency & Salesforce,‘22 regional SFCC training program activities& webinars.
  • Will provide markets with detailed guidelines for them toarticulate‘22 mega-moments/key e-boutique campaigns & review local e-trade calendars accordingly.

You are/ have ...
  • A highly motivated individualwithat least5yearsofDTCe-commerce experienceanimating an e-boutiqueacross a marketor leading a regional DTC community- ideally Luxe/Beauty.
  • Goodlevel of understanding & experience on FMCG & Beauty categories and its consumers.
  • Great mastery ofSalesforce Commerce Cloud (formerDemandware)
  • Have an ability to deal with conflicting requirements & scope change between markets.
  • Ability to balance the role of strategist with urgency to deliver results
  • Knowledge of different E-commerce landscape inAsia-Pacific(Japan,Australia, Malaysia,Thailand,etc.) is an advantage
  • Have an understanding oftechnical SEO basics (Meta-data, sitemaps, redirection plans, etc.)&siteperformance (load-time)
  • Familiar withGoogle Analytics &potentiallyother BI toolssuch as Google Data Studio
  • Have effective written, verbal & presentation skills in English
