Employee Engagement, Senior Lead
Our client is an established leading organization is now looking for a Senior Lead to manage the Employee Engagement function. As they continue to shape their organization culture and development, your role will be pivotal to elevate the employee engagement synergy within the company.
You will derive insights from employee engagement tools and liaises with senior leaders to implement action plans to enhance employee experience in the organization. You will design the employee engagement programmes based on employee experience strategies in alignment with the organisation’s culture and values.
You will drive and lead all Employee Engagement programmes including employee engagement survey, action and improvements plans. Provide support to the senior leadership team in employee engagement programmes. Analys datainsights from the employee engagement reports and analysis. Recommendemployee engagement tools to implement improvement plans and strategies.
Degree qualified with a HR discipline is preferred. You will have at least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Employee Engagement and Culture Building. Experience in Organisation Development would be an advantage. You possess strong communications skills with an ability to influence and gain rapport with your stakeholders.Possess strategic thinking & strong analytical skills are critical to the success of this role. You are people oriented and passionateto develop people and enhance the organisation’s culture.
