Job summary
As an Enterprise Services Manager, you are responsible for the professional services relationship at key customers - ensuring the right support from Amazon Web Services and partners by developing and executing a services strategy. The ESM is a trusted advisor to our customers and partners, leading business development, services sales, and providing delivery oversight.
On a daily basis you work to help customers leverage AWS in achieving their business goals by leading the AWS Professional Services and partner teams working shoulder to shoulder with them. With your help customers will reduce cost, improve resilience & reduce risk, increase productivity, and innovate using AWS services.

Basic Qualifications :
. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience Computer Science or Math background preferred
. 15+ years of IT consulting/management experience, with demonstrated IT Transformation experience in customer-facing roles
. 10 + years experience in the Financial Services industry as a consultant or part of a Professional Services organization.
. Experience working within Financial Services Industry preferably within Capital Markets, Banking, Asset Management or Insurance industries
.
. Experience as a quota carrying professional services field sales leader with demonstrated success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale professional services projects to Enterprise Customers
. Experience delivering business outcomes through technology projects and programmes
. Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and other lines of business in Banking, Finance and Insurance vertical
. Experience assembling and delivering in consortiums with partners (ISVs, specialist etc.)
. A proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects.

. Experience in group leadership and executive presentations.
. Experience managing executive Customer relationships and key business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications :
. A technical or educational background in engineering, computer science
. Experience selling cloud solutions
. Cross functional selling experience (Architect, Sales Engineer, Professional Services, Partner, and ISV)
