Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate & Manage Event Logistics
  • Manage and Work on Event Related Administrative Duties & Documentation
  • Work with International Speakers & Trainers on their Travel Arrangements including Negotiations if necessary
  • Sourcing, Liaison and Negotiation with Hotels, Sponsors, Partners and Event Suppliers for Our events
  • Invoice & Client Payments Management
  • Costs & Budget Management
  • Problem Resolution for Final Conference/Training Course Agenda
  • Project Management & Coordination
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service Support
  • Basic Brochure/Marketing Collaterals Design including the Preparation of Event Onsite Related Documents & Materials
  • Marketing and Media Partner Acquisition/Liaison
  • Manage Live Online Digital Events
  • Building Relevant Data and Leads for Event Marketing

Requirements:

  • Must be goal oriented and highly responsible, with the ability to work under pressure and independently
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Problem Solving Mindset and will always go the extra mile for the events you work on
  • Multi-Tasker & Possess Strong Work Ethics
  • Ability to Meet Tight timelines and targets
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
