Our opportunity

Zurich in Singapore offers a wide range of Commercial Insurance products tailored for the needs of commercial and corporate clients.
This role reports directly to the HR Business Partner for Singapore and is required to provide Executive Assistant Support to select members of the Singapore Management team ((Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Claims Officer and Head of HR) and also provide HR administration support.
The role responsibilities are as follows:
Executive Assistant Support
. Calendar management - scheduling and organization of meetings.
. Travel management ensuring all travel adheres to Zurich's travel policy with appropriate authorization
. Expense reimbursement management
HR Administration
. Managing COVID19 related reporting requirements and other protocols, as needed
. Submitting and monitoring IBF and iMAP claims
. Supporting with induction program scheduling and other employee onboarding activities as required
. Providing HR administrative support for any other ad-hoc projects, as required

Academic Skills and Professional Experience

. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5 or more years of experience in related field
. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
. Proactive and focused on continuous improvement, is a self-starter with a desire to learn
